Email support@listcrafto.com. We usually reply within one to two business days. If you're reporting a problem, tell us your iPhone model, iOS version, and what happened — a screenshot helps.

Your account

Forgot your password

On the sign-in screen, enter your email, then tap Forgot password?. We'll email you a link to set a new one. If you signed up with Apple or Google, use that button instead — there's no separate password.

Delete your account

In the App, go to Profile → Delete Account and confirm it's you. This permanently deletes your profile, lists, places, trips, photos, and username, and any links you shared stop working. It can't be undone. Deleting your account doesn't cancel a Compass subscription — cancel that first (see below). If you can't sign in, email us from the address on your account and we'll delete it for you.

Recover something you deleted

Deleted lists, places, trips, and stops stay in Profile → Recently Deleted for 30 days, where you can restore them.

Compass subscription

• Manage or cancel: in the App, go to Profile and tap Manage subscription, or on your iPhone open Settings → your name → Subscriptions. You keep Compass until the end of the period you paid for.
• New phone or reinstalled? Open the Compass upgrade screen and tap Restore Purchases, signed in to the same Apple Account you subscribed with.
• Refunds: Apple handles all payments. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Sharing

When you share a list or trip, anyone with its link can open it in a browser — no app needed. To make it private again, open its share options and tap Stop Sharing; the link stops working right away.

Report content

If a shared list or trip contains something offensive, harmful, or that shouldn't be there, open it in the App and tap … → Report, or email support@listcrafto.com with the link. The owner is never told who reported it. We review every report within 24 hours.
