Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Your account

• You may sign in with email and password, Sign in with Apple, or Sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure.
• Tell us promptly about any unauthorized use of your account.

3. The Service

Listcrafto lets you save places, organize them into lists, plan trips and itineraries, and optionally share lists and trips as public web pages. Core features are free. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

4. Your content

• You own your content. You keep all rights to the lists, places, notes, trips, and photos you create or upload (“Your Content”).
• License to us. You grant Listcrafto a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service — including showing content you choose to share on its public web page.
• Your responsibility. You are responsible for Your Content and confirm that you have the rights to it and that it does not break these Terms, any law, or anyone else's rights.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for anything unlawful, or to upload illegal or infringing content;
• upload or share content that is sexually explicit, violent, hateful, harassing, defamatory, threatening, or that invades someone else's privacy;
• impersonate anyone, or use share links to spam or mislead people;
• try to access other users' private data, or probe, scan, or breach the Service's security;
• scrape, overload, or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure; or
• reverse engineer the Service or get around paid-feature limits or usage safeguards.

6. Objectionable content and reporting

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. If you see a shared list or trip that breaks these Terms, report it: in the App, open it and tap … → Report, or email support@listcrafto.comwith the link. You don't need an account to report, and the owner is never told who reported their content.

We review reports within 24 hours. When content breaks these Terms, we remove it and may suspend or permanently terminate the account that shared it.

7. Subscriptions and billing

• Listcrafto offers an optional paid subscription, Compass, billed monthly or annually. Subscriptions are sold through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. We never process or store your payment details.
• Payment and auto-renewal. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. Your subscription renews automatically at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• Free trial. If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Any unused part of a trial ends when you buy a subscription.
• Managing and cancelling. Manage or cancel in your iPhone's Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Compass until the end of the period you paid for.
• Refunds. Apple handles payments and refunds under its own policy; request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• We may change prices or plan features. Price changes follow Apple's notice and consent rules.

8. Intellectual property

The Service — including the Listcrafto name, logo, software, and design — is owned by Listcrafto LLC and protected by intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control. These Terms don't give you any right to our trademarks or branding.

9. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties, including Apple (sign-in, maps, and billing) and Google (sign-in, Firebase, and Google Cloud). Your use of those features may also be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We do not promise that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that map, place, or travel information (such as opening hours or travel times) will be accurate or complete. Check travel information before relying on it.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Listcrafto will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US$50.

Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so some of them may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection law that can't be waived.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time in the App under Profile → Delete Account. Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store subscription — cancel it in your iPhone's Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you break these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (for example ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) survive.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, give notice in the App or by email before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.

14. Apple App Store terms

If you got the App from the Apple App Store:

• These Terms are between you and Listcrafto LLC only, not Apple. Listcrafto LLC, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and its content.
• Your license to use the App is limited to Apple-branded products you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. Contact us for support.
• If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) of the App. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the App.
• Listcrafto LLC, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or a third party relating to the App, including product liability claims, claims that the App fails to meet a legal or regulatory requirement, and consumer-protection or privacy claims.
• If a third party claims the App or your use of it infringes their intellectual property rights, Listcrafto LLC, not Apple, is responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of that claim.
• You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• You must comply with any third-party terms that apply when using the App.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, once you accept them, may enforce them against you.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Spokane County, Washington, unless the consumer-protection law of the country where you live gives you the right to bring it in your local courts.
